Had a great workout, did legs and shoulders. As I was doing them my knee was squawking at me, so I knew I'd probably walk only/no run.
Per my previous post about my day/weekend of redemption, I'm off to a good start with 4 of my 10 miles done. And I had THIS little gem on the squat machine:
Bonus set of 10 reps: highest yet at 235! Decided my goal is 250 by April.
Anyway...it's amazing how good a trip to the gym can make you feel. :)
