Probably should have taken the day off after my 10 mile long run, but since I was already at the gym doing strength training and my legs felt good, I decided to do a mile of some speedwork, which I've yet to get in this season.
Base pace was 11:31 (5.2 mph) and then quickly went into the 6mph ranges, switching back and forth every tenth (.10) of a mile. I will change those distances and speeds later, just wanted to get a quick one in.
