This photo is from my half marathon PR of 2:22:00. That's a 1:47 difference from my TEN MILE RUN yesterday. Daaaaaaaaaaaang. Need to get back here. Granted, that was towards the END of the running season that year. And some pounds ago.
I will say this, I am stronger now. I've been strength training consistently for one full year now. Need to drop those pounds though.
Why am I still awake? Woke up at 1:30am and have been up ever since. Guess I'll go to the gym a little later, speaking of strength training.
