I have always maintained that having options are a good thing...and as such, the implication is that one shouldn't shy away from or complain about having to make a decision between options. And that sounds good on paper or when you're dispensing the advice to other people. But at the end of the day, a hard decision is still just that...a hard decision.
I still think options are a good thing though. Don't think so? Then ask the person who's pigeon-holed into something or somewhere with no options.
I'm rambling.
