The girls were off from school today, and while I fully intended to go to the gym early, I decided to do some work from home--even though I'd taken the day off. So mid-morning on the treadmill...and it was a SNOOZEFEST. It's a wonder I finished.
All in the name of 10,000 steps per day. (Walking 4 miles doesn't get me there, but it's a nice big chunk.) Plus it's just a nice recuperation from a running day. Legs feel good. Good and strong.
