Grumbled for much of this run. Got a late start and in my running pants at 73 degrees, it was a bit warm. I also spent a big chunk of the run running into the wind. Walked under .10 three different times. Not fun but done.
Afterwards, BB and I did a tabata workout. Ever done that? I hadn't. It's 20 seconds of "no hold barred" workout/10 seconds rest, for 4 minutes. Sounds easy, but it isn't. He did 2, I did 1. My exercises were jumps onto a very low step (which turned into just stepping up) and dips (triceps) of a slightly higher bench.
