Walk #25

Total 2014 miles: 78.25

Another walk on the treadmill after my legs/shoulders workout. Felt really tired just walking in to the gym. Like I could go to a corner and take a nap right there.

I was pouring with sweat bc in my tiredness after work I somehow forgot to put on a tshirt, so I was in my hoodie the entire time.

I have to say, walking at 3.9/4.0mph is a pretty decent workout. But some days, that hour goes mighty slow.
