Was so incredibly tired, and after my strength training session I hopped on the treadmill and started running right away. I planned to do a quick 2 miles and then go, so that I could get back home in time, shower and get to work to briefly prep for a 9am meeting. UM.
My right knee loudly protested, so at a 1/4 mile I just decided to walk until 7 and then get outta there. I can try again tomorrow evening since I need to be in Hyde Park for the older kid....Hyde Park LA Fitness has Friday Kids Klub hours.
