Walked a mile; ran 2; walked a 1/2 mile. Felt pretty good. After that, I did my legs + shoulders workout and felt great.
I'm eating dinner now (and clearly multi-tasking) and will get to icing my knee and stretching while I yell at The Biggest Loser. I used to root for people, now I just yell at them. Wah wah wahhhhhhh.
