It's Saturday Night...Gettin' my (green) drink on

(I'm pretty sure I've shared this recipe or a variation of it with you before...)

1c. Coconut or almond milk
3 big ol handfuls of spinach
1 large banana
1 heaping tablespoon of each:
-Raw pumpkin seeds, no shell
-Ground flaxseed

Blend like mad. You might be tempted to add water, but if you've got a decent blender (mine's a cuisinart), DON'T.

Once blended, add a few ice cubes if you prefer a cold smoothie.

Drink immediately. Tastes terrible if you try and save for later.
