So the modification is that I do crunches, no sit-ups. Whatever the higher number is between the two on the calendar above is the one that I do. By far, the leg lifts are most difficult for me, and the plank is the easiest.
After finishing just now, I feel very strong and I know it's not a matter of IF I will finish this challenge. I WILL finish it, be stronger for it, and continue to strengthen my core.
