So a few times in the past few weeks I've had myself some "two-a-days," that is, worked out in the morning AND the evening. If you would have asked me if this was possible before I started outlining my "opportunities" to work out as the week was getting started, I would have looked at you like you were crazy. But here I am in Week 6, knocking it out! So when I notch a two-a-day (for the time being), I'm going to give myself a badge right here on my blog. (Still debating if I will count cardio in the morning and strength training at night as a two-a-day. That's more like splitting up a workout to me. But when I manage to fit in TWO cardio things in one day at two totally different times of day, well that's pretty awesome in my book.) 8/12/13 ~ Ran 3 miles in the morning; Strength training (back + biceps) and Swam 400m in the evening.
