I.N.N.

If not now, when?

(7 of 24 weeks down in my strength training personal challenge. Cardio going ok, swimming is great, running still not back up to par. But I will keep going. Because "If not now...when?" When I'm 43? 50?)

If I want to be a good runner I need all the pieces in place:
-running (duh)
-cross training (swimming/other)
-strength training
-nutrition (still on and off...)
-stretch/ice
-sleep (it's 3:27 and I'm writing this. And I'm running when the sun comes up.)
