Days gone by

I was reading through a journal from 1995-1999, reading about graduating from college, deciding at the last minute to move to NYC for grad school, moving to Detroit, then back to my hometown of Aurora (far west suburbs of Chicago.) They were most certainly interesting times.

Among all my journal entries was this article from the Daily News (NYC) that touched me then, and still does today.


I still wonder about him, his family...and the man who wrote this.
