Here's what I've eaten so far today, btw, I'm hungry-on-a-rampage, does that have something to do with my starting up running again? (she shrugs...but tomorrow is weigh-in day.)
Breakfast: yogurt, 1 c. strawberries, 1/2 cup fiber one cereal, all mixed together
Lunch: grilled portabello mushroom and sliced onions (leftovers) with a slice of cheese on a hi-fiber bun; pear
Snack: fiber one Oats-n-Chocolate bar
