Breakfast like a boss, baby!

So eventually I will write on all the things I'm learning from the dietician I'm seeing. But this handy-dandy image is one reminder: 

Breakfast like a king;
Lunch like a queen;
Dinner like a pauper. 

 
She says I'm doing fine by stretching out my breakfast with a breakfast and then a morning snack. Or sometimes my lunch is bigger, but for sure, the point is to eat more earlier in the day, less at night. And if you're doing it correctly, you shouldn't even be that hungry at night anyway.
