Breaking in the new shoes! Went to the gym when it was still dark and worked out chest and triceps, then came home and ran. Even though I gave my right calf an extra day of rest, it was still hurting. I must be running slightly different because after about a mile my left hip started hurting. :-/
Whatever--just took it slow and stretched nice and good when I came home.
It started to rain very lightly in the last mile. Hopefully tomorrow my calf will feel better.
