Barely dragged myself out the door, so exhausted. It was one of those runs that the legs feel like lead and you feel like you're running in slow motion. Wanted to quit at 1. Meh. My first mile was 11:15 so on a positive note I ran a negative split. After this week I slowly but surely will start raising the mileage on my midweek runs. But first things first...race week.
And oddly, the first day of race packet pickup was yesterday and it didn't even cross my mind. Not once. Strange for me.
