Walk (no run) #7

Where: LA Fitness treadmill/Evanston
When: tonight
January miles: 22.63

Did back + biceps workout, probably my toughest workout for me these days, then foolishly tried to do my ab workout at the gym instead of at home. It always wears me out.

And THEN I got on the treadmill. Walked a mile, went to run and felt awful. Just decided to walk for a bit.

All the way home I felt sick to my stomach, almost to the point of pulling over to be sick. Didn't though.
