It's been snowing all day in Chicago-land. Tonight what is regularly an hour and maybe 10-minute trip took 2 hours door-to-door. Streets we poorly plowed and my top speed on the highway was a short burst of 45 mph.
Anyway, on a 4-lane major thoroughfare in the burbs, I saw some lady running. Running alone, in black clothes. Running alone in black clothes in a snowstorm. On a poorly plowed 4-lane major thoroughfare.
Some people have a lot of faith in other people's driving skills.
In my eyes, no run is ever that serious.
Be smart out there in winter weather!
