I'm in the middle of Week 18 strength training and everything feels heavy, everything hurts in big masses...the full length of my quads hurt. My chest hurts all the way across. My triceps seem the ache from the top of my shoulder down to my elbows. Whew. Tired!
After a few weeks off running bc of my ankle (and before that, just not running much in general), and an unexplained leave of absence from swimming, I've picked up those two cardio activities too.
So maybe my body is just readjusting.
