4 miles; 1:01:05 (15:16 pace); late afternoon on 1/17; treadmill. Could not bring myself to run, but a brisk walk felt great.
(It's been over a week since I last ran or walked. Already a hiatus on the treadmill! Smh and moving onward. There hasn't been a hiatus with my strength training however! But I see my weak spots. Extreme cold? I struggle to get out early and on work nights? Once I get that parking spot I won't go back out. Stop lying to myself and putting things off til later in the day!)
