This week in race event frivolousness:
Isn't the whole concept of the (poorly mismanaged) Hot Chocolate race series one that features hot chocolate and other chocolate goodies during the cooler part/tail end of most running seasons? Seems like the whole "hot chocolate" is a little weird for a) the month of May and b) Las Vegas.

OMG!!!!! That is comical! I did the HC here in Atlanta last January and froze my ass off... I won't sign up for another cold ass one!
