The Run Part: 2 miles; 24:22 (pace 12:11); 8:30am; treadmill.
The Walk Part: 2 miles; 30:49 (pace 15:25); 8:55; treadmill.
There are only a few mornings in which I can stay longer than 30 minutes due to my schedule. Make it count. (Did this and then legs+shoulders for strength training.
