Total: 2 miles; 25:53 Pace 12:56; same run/walk ratio of 4:00 run/2:00 walk until I got to 2 miles. Didn't feel 100% after having run 5 yesterday (furthest to date this year, sans my 6-mi walk.) I started to say "how am I gonna run XYZ if I can't even run....." X X X negative thinking alert X X X and then I stopped myself. Focus on today, do what ya gotta do TODAY.
Also did legs/shoulders for strength training. My quads protested a bit but whatever. They're my strongest muscle group by far, I kept it rolling.
