Ran 1 (11:45) walked .25; ran .75 for a total of 2.0m in 24:32. In a raggedy LA fitness that felt like I was stepping back into the 1980's. Went while girls were birthday parties (yes, plural) and ended up with far less time than I'd hoped for to work out.
