Ready or not...

...the taper is here. You've put in the work, and whether you met your goals or didn't, whether you did your best or didn''s time to cut back or "taper" til race day.

Right this minute I'm suddenly hit by a wave of exhaustion. Right now I don't think cutting back will be difficult (as it is for some.)

And really, there is no fixing or possibly making up anything you might not have perfected or finished in training anyway. Now is the time to chill out, taper and concentrate on race day.
