Lindy's version of speedtraining: every other .10 of a mile switch from base to higher mph.
My base was 5.3mph then 6.0; 6.2; 6.3; 6.4; 6.5. Then did a cooldown of .10.
Started to feel really tired. My speedtraining 1 mile was 10:26, which means my "speedtraining" sessions have resulted in 10:26; 10:23; and now back at 10:26.
