Woke up a little later than usual and decided I didn't want to fight morning traffic and be dodging all those cars on my residential streets who would be leaving for work. So I went to the gym, did strength training first, then hit the treadmill. Despite the a/c, I was roasting. Certainly that cotton shirt played a factor in that. Very tired, ran slower than usual. Got her done, though. All my muscles are sore, too.
