6 weeks down!

So I set a goal of 24 consecutive weeks of strength training at 3 times a week, with the hopes of REALLY seeing the impact. (Of course, combined with cardio and quality eating.)

Today's workout marked the completion of the 6th week (had my 3rd strength training session of the week tonight.) At 1/4 of the way in, I'm feeling good:

-I feel stronger
-I'm seeing little improvements like this muscular curve on my thighs. It's there...beneath some stuff that's gotta go, but I see you, leg muscle!
-I see my shoulders and triceps starting to peek out.
-My arms are stronger than I think.

I'm looking forward to the next 6.
