Sunday Funday

My Sunday formula:

Speed training on the treadmill. While the end result was only at 10:30, I had 6mph, 6.5mph and 7mph 1-minute stints.

Rode as fast as I could for 15 minutes on a stationary bike. Goal: 5 miles. Actual: 4.51 miles.

Two rounds at the batting cages. Softball.
