Fail To Plan....

So it's very cliche and all, that "Fail to plan, plan to fail" thing. But I'm taking it to heart this week. With two large cookie orders (300 and 750), a public forum at work, plus my half marathon training to keep up, it's gonna be a hectic week. I was off today and will be off on Friday as well.

What I would normally do is this: assume i could still somehow fit in my 5 days/week, get behind with everything, exercise one day, in my rushing and harried ways, overeat, and be ready to skip weigh in next Saturday etc...

So instead, I've planned the following:
*committed to working out MWF, doing my strength training each time, with 3-4 miles on the treadmill.
*long run is supposed to be Thursday, 6mi. Will do something outside on Sunday, possibly swapping out this week and next weeks long run schedules
*a fridge full of good stuff

I'll let you know how it goes. I can barely keep my eyes open. G'night
