untitled post

well, wrapping up week one on the new program...i like it, i think i did fairly well, though my weight loss was kinda "eh." rough week at work, ended up working two very long days on wednesday and thursday nights, getting up at about 2:30am each day and working straight through the entire next day. that and no exercise. but i DID stay on points. Plan to make it to the treadmill or some for of exercise this week. and get more sleep.
