It's 10:46pm and I'm tired, but I promised to earn 22 activity points before my weigh-in on Saturday morning. (That's WeightWatcher-ese for you regular folk.) 5 points tonight, 5 points tomorrow. Now I can do this in about 65 minutes of walking...or quicker if I mix in some burst of running. I'm SUPER low on energy, so i guess I'll just walk it. This morning's rerun of Oprah is coming on at 11pm, hope it's interesting...chat later, just checking in.

UPDATE: I did a run/walk treadmill workout, alternating between running and walking and ended up with 2 miles running at 5.0mph and walking another 2 at a slow and comfy 3.4mph. Decent workout. I know there will come a time when I will laugh at needing to run/walk 4 miles, but that time is not now.
