ok so I was all excited about my pending "long" run of 6 miles or so for Sunday. But then Saturday as the day progressed, my knee starrted hurting again. It felt better when I went out biking, but then was hurting some more. So I figured I'd hold off on the run. I will try to run tomorrow morning. Tonight I'm going biking again with the girls and the bike trailer.
This is it. If there's any chance of me running the marathon in October, I've got to start being able to ramp up in the miles NOW.
